ChiTransit is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), Metra, Pace, the Northern Illinois Transit Authority (NITA, formerly the RTA), Ventra or Lyft/Divvy, or any other transit operator. Agency and service names are used only to describe their services and remain the property of their owners.
Schedules, alerts, elevator status, real-time arrivals where available, trip plans and fares come from public data feeds and official websites. Transit data is obtained from public open data feeds and stored on our servers; it may not be real time, may be incomplete or wrong, and is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, timeliness, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. When no live prediction is available, times shown are scheduled times. Always check signs, announcements and the operator's official channels before you travel, especially for accessibility needs.
The site's text, design, logo, line badge design and code belong to ALSADIGITAL, except third-party data and content, which remain subject to their own licenses (for example, OpenStreetMap data under the ODbL, and CTA, Metra and Divvy data under their publishers' license agreements). You may link to any page of the site and quote short excerpts with a link back.
We link to operators and other websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALSADIGITAL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for missed connections, delays, lost time or costs, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its information.
